Drugs are not legal in Costa Rica and the use in a rental unit shall be grounds for immediate eviction of the property without refund for any unused nights or portions of nights.
According to Law 9028 smoking is totally prohibited in any facilities of the complex, (Smoking area is located at the parking lot). Violation of this rule may result in eviction without refund for any unused nights or portions of nights.
